Design, build, and evaluate AI/ML projects, with a focus on Large Language Models and Vision-Language Models.
Develop efficient solutions using Python-based frameworks.
Leverage AI-driven solutions to optimize organizational workflows.
Contribute to product development and feature enhancement for our products.
Stay updated on emerging AI trends and best practices.
Incorporate innovative approaches to continuously improve solution quality.
Work closely with various departments to gather requirements and validate project concepts.
Collaborate with client teams for successful delivery and deployment of AI solutions.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML/GenAI or related fields.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Strong foundation in machine learning.
Experience in RAG systems and in Multi-Agent Frameworks
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), OCR and with Vision-Language Models.
MLflow or other similar model monitoring/observability systems knowledge.
Experience using GitLab for version control.
Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as Langchain, Agents SDK, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Plotly, FastAPI, FastMCP.
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
Ability to produce well-documented, maintainable code and project documentation.
Strong problem-solving abilities, self-driven approach, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset.
Proactive in staying up to date with the latest trends and applying them where relevant.
To be considered for the position:
Familiarity with Camunda and BPMN workflow modelling.
MLOps fundamentals.
Experience with process mining.
