IT Business Analyst

ApPello Ltd. is a company with more than 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of banking IT (lending) systems. It is involved in IT projects in 6 countries outside Hungary and its main activities include the development and maintenance of proprietary software and consulting services for other projects.

We are looking for a full-time Senior IT Business analyst based in Bucharest, RO.

Job description, tasks

Provide support for live applications
Gather and assess new development opportunities to extend and enhance existing banking solutions
Prepare proposals and estimations for potential development packages
Collaborate with stakeholders to transform their needs into clear and actionable functional specifications
Work closely with internal development and delivery teams to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
Identify client needs and proactively provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal project teams to ensure project success and alignment with client expectations.
Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and adhere to contractual agreements.

Expectations

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally within the banking sector.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in documentation, requirement gathering, and business process analysis.
Fluent in Romanian and English (both written and spoken).
