Min. 3 years of experience as a tester in banking and/or IT system implementation projects
Familiarity with testing processes and methodologies
Strong analytical and logical skills
Good administrative and communication skills
Familiarity with ticket and test management tool(s)
Customer-oriented thinking, good problem-solving skills
Ability to understand complex systems quickly
Precision and detail orientation
Collaborative team player with proactive and supportive approach
Willing to learn and develop skills in test automation
Effectively interprets requirements, functional and technical specifications
Fluent in Hungarian and strong intermediate level of English
Min. 3 years of experience as a tester in banking and/or IT system implementation projects

Experience in Oracle and/or MS SQL database management
ISTQB certification
Familiarity with RUP and/or Agile processes
Experience in bank back-office environments and workflows, Min. 1 year
