Organizer
The prize draw is organized by ApPello Ltd.(“Organizer”).

Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who attend the conference where the prize draw is promoted.

How to Participate
Participants may enter the prize draw by scanning the QR code provided at the conference and completing the online form with the required information. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prize Draw & Winner Selection
The winner(s) will be selected at random using a random prize generator the conference. The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Notification
Winner(s) will be contacted using the contact details provided in the entry form within a reasonable time after the draw. If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Data Protection & Marketing Use
By participating, entrants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for marketing and communication purposes by ApPello, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Participants may withdraw their consent or request data deletion at any time by contacting the Organizer.

Liability
The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical issues, including QR code scanning or form submission errors.

Governing Law
This prize draw and these Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the relevant jurisdiction.

Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the prize draw constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
